We are an authorized Microdyn-Nadir BIO-CEL® representative and distributer in the United States. Over the last two decades we have helped to deliver and or support over 300 MBR systems using both flat-plate and flat-sheet membrane technologies. Today, MBR (projects) is all we do.
The scope of each project is tailored to meet customer needs. We offer membrane equipment only packages to fully integrated MBR solutions. We can provide all components and programming necessary for a fully functioning system. Components and subsystems can include pumps, mixers, blowers, control valves, fine screening, membrane filtration, biosolids management, and post disinfection. System performance is guaranteed to meet project specifications. Equipment can be shipped loose, or skid mounted.
For smaller projects, modules are generally pulled from our inventory in Austin, TX. For larger projects, membrane equipment may also come from the Microdyn-Nadir factory in Wiesbaden, Germany or from the Microdyn location in Goleta, CA.
Our membrane equipment is backed by a strong factory warranty. BIO-CEL® technology is manufactured by Microdyn Nadir (MN) in Wiesbaden, Germany. MN has been a leader in membrane manufacturing since 1966 and is a subsidiary of MANN+HUMMEL, a $4B company, with 21,000 employees, and an 82-year history of serving customers worldwide.
Reporting requirements are simple and easily managed. Operators receive proactive reports to help maintain coverage and to maximize equipment service life.
